I came up with the idea for these two about a year ago and the first thing I did was to make a 3d concept of the robot with "cool appleseed-like ears".
And after that I didn't have enough free time for it across the half year.
When I came back I couldn't find a good composition and story for them.
put together about 3 different scenes with different poses, compositions and storylines but always missing something.

And finally, by some fortuitous coincidence, the puzzle came together
